TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Only order made before noon are delivered that day and those made past noon are delivered the following day. No deliveries over the weekend.
- For any wrongly delivered package, Do not open or temper with it, please contact us on 978-327-1881, sueliving4@gmail.com , info@healthlivingproduct.com before 24 hours of delivery.
- For any wrongly delivered package, please call or email us within 24 hours of delivery on the details above for package exchange.
- Open or tempered package will not be accepted for an exchange. NOTE, We inspect before approving for an exchange.
- For exchange of a wrongly delivered package , Delivery will be done within a week after picking the original delivered package.
- Damaged package due to conditions like natural calamities, accidents ,fire, bad handling shall not be accepted back for exchange.
- During delivery Original documents must be produced , therefore you must request for your invoice.
- We do not refund cash when the package can not be exchanged ,but we do credit card or mobile money refund depending on the means used , which take 48 hours giving u enough time to make an order of the item you required.
- Free delivery applies during pick-up and second delivery of a wrong delivered package , While transport fee applies during pick-up and second delivery of a wrongly ordered package.
